Laxogenin is a Steroidal Sapogenin. Saponins are naturally occurring in common and rare plants alike. You can find them in varying amounts in legumes (including beans, peanuts, and soy). They are also found in vegetables like yams, potatoes, and tomatoes., seeds such as quinoa and the herb ginseng.
