Check you pH level when taking Coral Calcium on a daily basis. Your ideal pH level is 7.0.
GENERAL DIRECTIONS: Tear off approximately 2 inches of paper and apply to tongue or in urine stream. Remove and promptly compare with specimen colors on dispenser to determine corresponding pH.
