Directions
Powder: One, two or three times each day or as directed by a health professional, mix one nearly level scoop (enclosed) of Metabolic Vibrance orange-mango flavor powder into six (6) or more ounces of cool or lukewarm blueberry leaf tea, water, or diluted juice of your choice, and drink. This product can be taken at any time of day, either with or between meals.
Capsules: Take three (3) capsules one, two or three times each day or as directed by a health professional. Capsules may be taken either with or between meals. Effective dosage can vary among persons.
