Instructions
For a discreet eyelid line, apply the liquid eyeliner to the first lash of the upper lash line and gradually draw a line from the inside to the outside. For a really dramatic look, start at the center of the eyelid and draw an additional line above the first. Allow this line to extend upward at the outer corner. Fill in the area between the two lines. To make your life even easier, use small strokes that flow into each other. Rest your hand to keep it steady during the application.
