Planetary Herbals CALM CHILD is a special blend of the soothing botanicals; chamomile, lemon balm and catnip with the nourishing tonifiers hawthorn, jujube, gotu kola and amla. These are combined with additional supporting herbs and nutrients to support calm, focused attention in children.
Suggested Usage: For children 1-5 years, 1/4 teaspoon (approx. 1.25 mL), 2-3 times daily. For children 5 years and older, 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 mL), 2-3 times daily.
